BEHIND THE WALLS (LIVE from Walpole Prison)

After the shocking turn of events at KNOW the LEDGE, the Diamond Dynasty and Gold Dust Trio Inc are stronger than ever. The quest for Title Unification continues as Gold Dust Trio Inc's hand-chosen corporate champion DESMOND WOLFE defeated Lou Thesz for the Undisputed Championship. While at CITY of CHAMPIONS, "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers unified his Real World's Title with Triple H"s WWWF Championship before outshining Team Cena at KNOW the LEDGE.

Now, the final piece of the puzzle is in place - John Cena's WWE championship. That title will be on the line in a brutal Elimination Chamber match featuring 8 of the most dangerous men in wrestling history. 8 men will enter, only one can emerge victorious.

The Boston Globe caught up with the Champ JOHN CENA for a brief chat

BOSTON GLOBE: At "BEHIND the WALLS", you'll be defending your championship against All-Time legends like Buddy Rogers, Triple H and Masahiko Kimura. Does that give you extra motivation?

JOHN CENA: First of all, I need to give props to the guys you just mentioned. They are the all-time greats in this sport, and it’s an honor just to have my name mentioned in the same breath as theirs. As far as being a motivator, absolutely it is. Having a world championship belt means that you are at the top of the business, and that carries a lot of responsibilities along with all the perks. You have to be ready to represent, and that means the world to me. Even when you lose and someone else has the title, there are obligations if you consider yourself worthy of another run as champ.

BOSTON GLOBE: As king of the WWE brand, why would you even take the risk of signing on with BCCW and their All-Fantasy roster?

JOHN CENA: In a fantasy world, it would be cool to get in the ring with some of the all-time legends from the US, Canada, Japan and Mexico when they were in their prime. In the real world, I’d never say never to wrestling anyone. It doesn’t matter where or who it is, if the fans want to see it, I’ll be there for them.
Also at BEHIND the WALLS, American-born high flyer Evan Bourne has challenged his friend and tag team partner MIL MASCARAS to a match. In what is sure to be a high-wire clash filled with fireworks, Mil Mascaras has only upped the stakes by requesting the match be fought under "Mexican Death Match" rules. Evan Bourne has accepted.
